Phimosis: Due to urine fermenting under foreskin. Castellani solution is most effective remedy. In the shower rinse under the skin. After passing urine always blot away the last drop with bathroom paper. OTC clotrimazole, miconazole, or ketoconazole cream may help. If it persists more than a week, see a dermatologist.
