IUD: The most common reason for expulsion of an IUD is that you may have a fibroid in your uterus(very common) that does not allow the IUD to pass beyond. Or the shape of the uterus is not allowing the IUD to pass into the top of the uterus. See your doctor and request an ultrasound to evaluate your pelvic anatomy...Good luck...Dr Jones Singer
