Toe pain: Top toe pain reasons are: injury (either hitting or sometime compression like when your shoes are too tight), Vascular problems that can be associated with smoking HTN or cholesterol problems or neuropathic pain from peripheral neuropathy. Diabetes would be most likely for this.
