Just the toes?: Or the whole foot? If the wole foot points in it could be caused by a variety of things. It could as a result of internal hip, rotation, metatarsus adductus, or a twist in the lower leg. If it is the big toes only then it may be a condition called hallux varus. In any case you should have a thorough exam.
