Anything is: possible, but hernia at this site is very unlikely. It is probably healing. Show it to your surgeon, who can give you more specific advice.

Early hernia?: Possible but unlikely. I would wait several more weeks to allow the post-operative swelling to subside and then reevaluate for a hernia.

See below: That would be unusual but not impossible. Frequently, what you are describing is caused by a hematoma from a small amount of bleeding under the skin at the trocar site. Try some warm compresses and other comfort measures and have a follow up examination by your surgeon soon.
