My doctor gave me clotriamazole & betamethasone for a ringworm on my left arm (but it looks to me petechiae) but it return on my right thigh.??

Okay...: If the ringworm has returned, treat it with the medicines you already have. Treating it locally isn't going to prevent it from popping up elsewhere. If it's clearly another ringworm outbreak, go ahead and do this. Or just use the clotrimazole.
