Peyronie's disease: Peyronie's disease is caused from scars known as "plaques" on the elastic erectile chambers of the penis. The penis typically curves in the direction of a plaque when erect. The density and/or size of the plaque often determines the degree of curvature of the erect penis. injection of the plaque with collagenase is an office procedure which can be helpful.
