Early period dischar: Check urine /blood HCG., or may be variation in period or vaginal infection / PID. Consider ultrasound to rule out ectopic/.fibroids/ovarian issue. The sore throat may be incidental, or can be from reflux due to abdominal/pelvic dysfunction( try maalox or ranitidine or prevecid). .
