Give it 3 weeks.: If severe pain, see a urologist. if it is mild to moderate pain with absolutely no associated symptoms (including enlarged lymph nodes in your groin/inguinal area), then you may be able to wait a few weeks to see if the pain goes away. it may have been caused by vigorous intercourse, or too vigorous masturbation. If any new symptoms associated with the pain or it persists, then see a urologist.
