help! nausious, hot and cold chills, headache, major sharp cramping and bloating for a week! thought it was flu or a tummy bug?any ideas wats wrong?

ABDOMINAL PAIN: Abdominal pain with chills, headache, nausea and bloating x 1 week can be serious. No mention of stools. You need diagnostic workup like abdomen ultrasound to find out what's causing the severe abdominal pain, etc.
