Yes: Patients with pcos don't ovulate regularly so the chance of pregnancy is lowered. However, you can still get pregnant so plan accordingly.

Pcos: You don't ovulate regularly with PCOS, but you could still potentially get pregnant since some of your cycles may be ovulatory. IVF is not your only option. Clomid (clomiphene) is a commonly used first line medication to overcome ovulatory issues.
