Multiple: Please restate with more specifics about location. Could be gallbladder, appendicitis , hepatitis, constipation or gas, stomach ulcer, pancreatitis, colitis, diverticulitis, etc. Really depends on location in abdomen, duration, association with nausea/vomiting or diarrhea and blood in stool. Is it worse with meals? Worse with bowel movements?
