A member asked:

About how long after plica removal will i be able to go back to playing contact sports? (rugby and lacrosse)

A doctor has provided 1 answer

4-6 weeks: 3-4 weeks assuming that nothing else was done. I would put no specific restrictions on you but would allow you to return to sports when you have full range of motion and no pain. Good luck
