Yes: Increasing the omega-3 fatty acids with flaxseed oil, salmon and other fish that are high in omeg-3 can help. You can try "natural" lubricant eye drops as long as they are sterile and from a reputable manufacturer. Do not make your own.

Omega-3's: Oral omega 3's such as evoa dry eye supplements or thera tears nutrition. The omega-3's stimulate the natural oil and moisture glands of the eye and eye surface. You can also use preservative free artificial tears 3-4 times a day.

No: Currently nothing will "cure" dry eyes. The goal is comfort and better functioning. Everything mentioned in the other answer will help. It is trial and error to find the right "mix" be sure that there are not things in your home or work environments that are not aggravating your eyes. There are no magic quick cures.
