A member asked:

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and having severe sacroiliac joint pain. what causes this, and what can i do for relief so i can walk?

Limited options: The pelvic joints soften and flex to assist the baby to squeeze through the birth canal during labor, and it is likely that the baby has dropped down some putting more pressure on everything. You can try massage and warm baths, but you are not likely to see much improvement until you have the baby.
