A member asked:

Constant severe left side pelvicpain i thought ovarian cyst sono normal painful sex&radiates to groin when climbing stairs. possible sacroiliac joint?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not sacroiliac: Sacroiliac joint problems don't produce those types of symptoms. Pelvic, muscular, or ligament problems are more likely. Has your gynecologist cleared you of all pelvic problems? Do you recall any strain type injuries of the lower abdomen or groin? Does your left hip bother you? If symptoms persist repeat evaluation and examination of these areas are needed.
