Was looking straight on at my tspine xray and notice i have many ribs that are very uneven in alignment. could this be symptomatic or common finding?

It depends.: The appearance on x-ray is highly variable depending upon the angle the x-ray was taken at as well as your body position at the time. Unless you have had trauma or have a congenital anomaly, it is unlikely to be more then artifact. Radiologists are well trained in deciphering this issue and they're read of the x-ray will be the most important factor in interpretation.
