Vomiting for almost 2 months cant keep anything down, not pregnant. shaking, mild fevers, loss of appetite, dizziness. any ideas on what it could be?

Severe illness: You need to be seen and examined after a full history is obtained. Do this soon. Preferably see a general internist or an infectious diseases expert. Anyone with an illness lasting this long with multiple symptoms and fever should be assessed ASAP. Go now and I hope you will be better soon.
