I am 19 years old and a week ago i get red small pimples on my face and this is because i didn't wash my make up and now i have red dry patches.

Allergic reaction: The dry red patches may be due to allergic reaction to the make up .wash your face with water and mild hypo allergic soap ,and keep it dry .You may avoid using make up for few days . use of vaseline on face may help dry patches to go away if still patches persist ,consult a dermatologist for evaluation for acne .
