My girlfriend had been off the pill for about two weeks. came back on it nearly two weeks ago. what's are the chances of pregnancy? thanks

Depends: It depends where she was in her menstrual cycle when she stopped the pill. Usually there will be a period right after pill cessation. If that is the case then during the two weeks that she was off the pill ovulation may have already occurred increasing the chances for pregnancy BEFORE she restarted the pill.
