Anxiety more likely: The primary symptom of endometriosis is pelvic pain which may be what you have called "internal cramping." But it does not cause cold sweats, palpitations, passing out, or "can't breathe after sex." These symptoms need careful evaluation by your doctor, and perhaps some tests. But an untreated anxiety disorder could be the most likely cause. See your doctor. Good wishes:)
