Anyone with experiences using marinol in teens with chronic headaches and chronic nausea, that hasn't responded to the usual medications?

Ok: In general there is no high or serious side effects if Marinol is kept under 20 mg per day in divided doses but THC and other psychotropics are best avoided in brains still developing. I probably would first require a psychological evaluation to assure the patients headaches are not part of suppressed anger/rage. If smoking cannabis helped I would anticipate he has elements of PTSD.
