Easy out: it is very unlikely that a single shoulder involvement alone is related to RA.

Yes, but a look in-: -side will answer the question of progressive labrum wear or fraying which can B addressed @ surgery. That would B the best way to go. False negative RA factors are rare, labrum wear is a good % call.
