Not an issue: After total hysterectomy including removal of the cervix, Paps only need to be continued if the hysterectomy was done because of cervical cancer or "precancer". I would not consider having a positive HPV test but no positive Pap a precancer. I would recommend no further Pap tests are needed. Best wishes:)
