I need help with my social skills but i think my health status has to do with me communicating with others. can someone help me to communicate more.

Therapy: Psychotherapy can help you communicate more. Usually addressing anxiety and/or building social skills will do the trick. If your health status is making it difficult for you to physically talk, a speech or occupational therapist can be helpful.
