Commitment to train: "we must learn to walk before we can run" so start out easy with brisk walk, then jogging, then increase to run overtime. Alternating between jog/walk/sprint provide good balance of cardiovascular and wt management benefits. Chose methods that fit your lifestyle/work/family--living healthy is a life-time commitment.
