Asbestos toxin: Any toxin such as asbestos should not be in an open wound; if it winds up there,please flush out the material with copious amounts of saline to clean out the wound. Afterwards disinfect the wound with a topical antiseptic spray then apply a clean, sterile bandage. Go to your Podiatrist or Primary to get an oral antibiotic.
