Many variables: This might be a difficult question to answer. There could be many variables that include who your partner is and whether they know how to stimulate you in that manner. Not to judge but I hope you are using condoms and birth control a this young age. Teen pregnancy is a difficult road to travel.

It may take time: Sometimes it may take time to learn to have an orgasm. Also choice of partner and type of stimulation is important. Medication and certain neurological or psychological issues may block an orgasm. Always use protection.
