Higher than: some but less than others. It is in the low dose category. Who told you that you are low on estrogen at 21 years of age. Might want a second opinion.

Yes: Sprintec has a higher dose oF estrogen than some pills but it is not the highest estrogen dose in a pill. Increasing the estrogen dose may or may not correct the spotting depending on the cause. There are good reasons that the trend in birth control pills has been toward a lower dose of estrogen. Discuss this with your doctor.
