A member asked:

When blood taken, and their is a bruise, could the punctured vein become a problem like not giving enough blood to the heart?

Your ok: I am sorry to hear about the bruise. But your OK :) There is an enormous amount of blood that goes from your body to your heart. A small punctured vein that was used to draw blood, will not cause any problem to your heart. The bruise should disappear in about a couple of days.
