Anxiety/Panic attack: This sounds like you may be suffering from anxiety and/or a panic attack. However, your symptoms might also be caused by low blood sugar, a food allergy reaction or dehydration. Have some juice (in case you have low blood sugar), drink water if you may be dehydrated, lie down and take slow deep breaths. This feeling should pass soon. Discuss with your regular doctor to help prevent recurrences.
