Can you tell me how is blood pumped to and from the heart (describe the actual process)?

Closed system: The left ventricle contracts sending blood into the aorta. The circulatory system is a closed loop. Blood traverses the capillary beds and returns to the right atrium. Very briefly, that's how it works.
