Get help: I suspect you have a coxsackie virus pleurodynia ("devil's grip") which will self-cure, but we need to be sure you do not have a bacterial infection between your lung and chest wall, or less likely something else, possibly worse. A good physical exam is in order and i suspect it will be followed by a chest x-ray; treatment if any will be based on these results.
