C-section care: Post partum soreness even pain can be seen after a C-section with activity due to scar tissue from the healing. Work-outs should be designed with proper warms and step-wise progression until surgical pain is not a barrier. Abdominal work-outs will be most noticeable. Bleeding after workouts or fluid or distension should be assessed by your OB. As a side, OMT or manual manipulation can help.
