No: Cramping and discharge are not signs of pregnancy. They can be signs of infection. Recommend you see your gyn provider for evaluation. If worried about pregnancy, check home pregnancy test on first morning urine. If neg, repeat in 7-10 days. If both neg, very unlikely you are pregnant. Hope this was helpful. Best of luck. Dr R
