Managed, yes.: Anxiety is not a personality although it is more common for some types of people. Also, it's not cured like some diseases but more often avoided, reduced and managed by learning life skills and damping extremes w/ tranquilizers. They don't cure or change chances of recurrence at all - they just quiet you. But CBT skills do work. Think about them both. Best!
