Please try not to: think of your anxiety as "inborn." You may respond strongly to life. If the thoughts you have are different the same arousal can be "excitement" "happy, etc. rather than "anxiety." A mental health professional who specializes in anxiety disorder can be of help to you. Also see Herbert Benson's "Relaxation Response" book. Peace and good health.
