I am 3 mos. post op from total knee replacement. i have pain in knee and it's hot and slightly swollen. could this be from excessive exercise?

@ 3 mos it should: B quieting down. red, warm & swollen would worry me. is there pain also? get in to see your surgeon, a low grade smoldering infection is possible. loosening is a possibility, but pretty early for that. I would want to r/o infection first. that means aspiration & culturing the aspirate.
