A member asked:

Tubes tied, have high bp, & rh antibodies. i know havin antibodies can cause anemia but is it safe to have another baby if pregnancy is closely watche?

Multiple issues: If you could get pregnant, the issue of anemia in the fetus could be managed. If the father of the baby is Rh negative, there is no risk of anemia to begin with. Having your tubes tied would make a natural conception difficult, even with surgical reversal of the tube blockage. You may need assisted reproduction.
