Chest issues: "Stinging" in your chest can be caused by many things form acid indigestion (reflux), heart burn, hiatal hernias, anxiety, inflammation of the lungs or heart, or heart sac, or your heart itself hurting (such as that caused by lack of blood flow-that causes a heart attack). Best you see the doctor to get your cause figured out asap to assure it is not one of the more serious issues. Best wishes.
