Blepheritis: Itching of the eye may be from some inflammation in either the eye lids or if it is on the eye ball inflammation of the conjunctiva/the covering over the eye ball. Dry eyes may some time cause similar symptoms, try over the counter artificial tear, if not better have it checked by the Ophthalmologist

It could be a: contact dermatitis(allergic reaction) to eye makeup or nail polish.Stop the cosmetics and use hydrocortisone cream(careful to not get in eyes).If no improvement in a week or so,see your doc.☺️
