Not if monitored: Four decades ago we had problems when Rh- women had babies with Rh+ men because the blood types would eventually trigger a problem with baby. By the 1980's that issue was mostly eliminated in the developed world by the use of Rhogam, an immune treatment that stopped the problem. As long as she gets proper prenatal care there should not be a problem.
