Well described.: The back of the head is pretty sensitive. First get some one to look at it for you. If there are no sores or blisters present, you are probably doing something that is causing trauma. You may be propping up on pillows and stretching the tinny muscles> (Netflix syndrome) or pulling hair tight, or wearing heat or sweat band. When it comes see if you can figure out what you did to bring it on.

Scalp: Is there any sign of scalp redness? Otherwise it appears that there's heightened sensitivity of the superficial nerves in your scalp to account for this discomfort. Perhaps over vigorous combing or hair brushing is a factor. Ask your beautician to carefully inspect your hair and scalp for abnormalities and review your hair care habits.
