No can still ovulate: I am sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Ovulation does not depend on bleeding. Ovulation is dependent on your levels of estrogen and progesterone. Now if you are bleeding from a miscarriage, pregnancy is very unlikely. Plus your levels of estrogen might be still off if you are still bleeding from a miscarriage and due to your estrogen levels you will not ovulate.
