Goog morning. i hav been on clomid (clomiphene) for three months, but d fourth month, i didnt take it. will its effect still be in my system and make me ovulate?

No: Clomid (clomiphene) has very short term effects. It only works during the cycle in which you take it. Typically ovulation is tracked and the dose is adjusted if ovulation does not occur. If ovulation does not occur after 3-6 cycles then it is stopped and other medications are used.
