Infection...: A clumpy discharge that looks like cottage cheese is frequently a yeast infection. A yeast infection also causes itching and burning. You can treat it with an over-the-counter yeast medication such as Monistat. If that doesn't solve the problem, you will need to see your Gyn and get an exam.
