Diet: Plenty of fruits and green or yellow vegetables. Protein at every meal at least 80-100 grams per day. Limit carbohydrate intake to 100 grams or less by cutting sugar, baked goods, pasta, potatoes and rice. As weight declines lipids will improve. See your doctor for follow up as scheduled.
