If you have to ask..: To be safe - I'll say you should be seen as soon as possible. If you need to ask - it seems that you need to go. The risks are so bad in the direction of neglect and so small in the direction of over-caution that it believe it is clear. In any case, once there you can ask for guidelines for the future to avoid the problem or evaluate it better. Best wishes!
