NASAL CONGESTION: How do you feel your "turbinates get swollen"? why do you have constant anxiety? are you on any medications or therapy for the anxiety? what are your nasal symptoms? do you nasal congestion, obstruction, drainage or pain? acute stress or anxiety is adrenergic and infact decingests the nose; whereas, depression and chronic stress is vagal will congest the turbinates. Consult mental health provider.
