Chest pain: Try some antacid, like Maalox or rolaids.If that doesn't work you should consult your ER for a xray and EKG

Atypical chest pain: At your age probably not from the heart. The causes to be considered are pleuritis, pericarditis that is lining of the lung or heart irritation. Esophageal spasm, costochondral irritation, muscular pain etc, etc. Need more detailed history and exam so that you could be helped
